RESERVATION CONDITIONS:

Reservations must be made directly with our reception Monday to Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., at least 24 hours before the requested date and time. Service is subject to availability and can only be confirmed by the stylist.

Payment is to be made directly to the stylist. The client agrees to pay the full service fee to the reception in the event of a late cancellation (less than 24 hours prior to the appointment).
